MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF BLASTING VIBRATION IN THE OPEN-PIT MINING

In order to determine attenuation law of the open pit production blasting vibration and its security implications to the buildings(structures) of neighboring villages,the production blasting vibration of a mine are measured,the value of K,α for an empirical seismic wave propagation formula are determined by linear regression analysis,and the empirical formula of the blasting seismic wave propagation for this mine derived.The study provides a theoretical basis for forecasting production blasting seismic intensity and taking measures to reduce its impacts.
