Pricing strategy of network based on dynamic control

The variance of the optimized goal between the system and the users of network under the flat pricing strategy is discussed.The resource occupancy rate is introduced into the pricing function,and two dynamic pricing strategies are presented.In the first strategy,the fixed price is substituted by the real time pricing function which uses the resource occupancy rate as the variable.In the second one,the Stackelberg incentive strategy in game theory is introduced to prompt the users to achieve the system target value.The two strategies ensure that the users and the system achieve the optimized target value at the same time.And the network resource can be sufficiently used.The simulation example shows the effectiveness of the two pricing strategies.
