Psychological Perplexity Encountered in Job-hunting by Girl College Students and its Solutions

At present girl college students in our country, in general, find it difficult to seek employment, which not only affects the full play of their intellectual potential as professional women, but also results in their employment psychological perplexity. This paper analyses the causes for such perplexity and its harmful effects and points out that there are three effective ways to solve this problem, i. e., to strengthen social, educational regulation and control and to reinforce self - regulation and self - control of girl college students.
