Discussion on Formation and Evolution of Zhu Xi's Ethical Thoughts of Calligraphy

Zhu Xi set up a system of neo-confucianism thought,this thought system is a blend of Shu,Luo and some thoughts of Buddhism and Taoism,on the basis of Zhu Xi proposed his ethics thought of calligraphy. This idea comes from the inheritance to the idea of Cheng Yi,Cheng Hao finds and also comes from Zhu Xi's criticism of Su Shi's calligraphy style. Zhu Xi calligraphy ethics thought is the core of "the doctrine of the mean harmony" and "observance",both of the ethics thought of Zhu Xi's early calligraphy "similar to the ancients,advocating rigorous methods" connotation,also embodies the calligraphy level enhances unceasingly,Zhu Xi's earlier theory " not bound by the past method,but not too much beyond the past method" ethics thought evolution of calligraphy. We should also note that,the calligraphy of the evolution process of ethics,Zhu Xi's ethical thoughts of calligraphy also generates a lot of distortion and misunderstanding after Zhu Xi's age.
