JIANG Yu,LI Chun-mingTeaching & Research Section of Internal Medicine,Medical School,Yichun University,Yichun 336000,China
Objective To discuss the relation between minim albuminuria and fore arteriosclerosis of patients of diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods Ninety patients of type 2 DM were divided into three groups according to urine albumin excretion rate(UAER),group DM-A(UAER20 μg/min),group DM-B UAER(20-200 μg/min),group DM-C(UAER200 μg/min).High-definition colorful ultrasonic Doppler instrument was used to measure the inter-mediate thickness(IMT) of the carotid of patients of type 2 DM.IMT was analyzed comparing with other factors like urine albumin, disease course, blood sugar, glyeosylated hemoglobin A1c(GHbA1c),blood pressure,triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).Results The IMT of the carotid of the patients of DM showed significant difference among three groups(P0.05),IMT of DM-C was higher than that of DM-B and DM-A(both P0.05),meanwhile,DM-B was higher than DM-A(P0.05);IMT and the amount of urine albumin, diseases course, blood sugar,GHbA1c,blood pressure,TG,LDL-C were linearly related(r=0.582,0.467,0.413,0.483,0.423,0.517,0.529,respectively,all P0.05).Conclusion The patients of DM with mini albuminuria have fore arteriosclerosis.
