Study on the characteristics of lung cancer cases in recent 10 years

Objective To analyze the distribution and dynamic changes of sex,age and smoking rate in the lung cancer cases from 1996 to 2005.MethodsClinical data of 1128 cases of lung cancer were collected and evaluated.ResultsLung cancer cases in male were more than those in female.The proportion of male and female was 6.7 ∶1 in squama carcinoma and 1 ∶1 in adenocarcinoma.The average incidence age had a trend of decrease in these 10 years.The smoking rate of the male was higher than the female,and the squama carcinoma was the highest in these cases.The incidence age of the lung cancer had a decreasing trend in squama carcinoma and adenocarcinoma,and the cases of adenocarcinoma increased in 2001~2005.ConclusionThe lung cancer incidence age has a decreasing trend in these past 10 years.The number of the female with lung cancer is increasing compared with the male,and the proportion of adenocarcinoma show a tendency to increase in all cases.
