Postoperative prognosis analyses of 164 cases small cell lung cancer

Objective To study the affecting factors about survival rate of postoperative small cell lung cancer.Methods the data of 164 cases small cell lung cancer confirmed by surgical procedures was followed up,and many probable affecting factors about survival rate of postoperative patients were also analyzed.Results The difference of the 1-,3-,5-year survival rates between stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significant(P 0.05) ;Compared postoperative chemotherapy group with surgical resection group,The difference of the 1-,3-year survival rates was significant(P 0.01) compared by the stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ of the two groups,the difference of the 1-,3-,5year survival rates was significant(P 0.05) ;Compared by operation methods(pneumonectomy and lobectomy),age( 60 and≥60),sex(male and female) respectively,the difference of the 1-,3-,5-year survival rates was not significant(P 0.05).Conclusion TNM staging and postoperative chemotherapy without chemotherapy have significant influence on postoperative survival rates.
