The GPS coordinates conversion and error analysis in radar precision test

TIAN Wei(Unit 91404 of the Chinese PLA,Qinhuangdao 066001,China)  
Based on the measurements of dynamic relative positioning of GPS carrier phase,this paper introduces the mathematical model of coordinate conversion data that provides standard values for precision test.It also presents the error formulas of GPS coordinates conversion through error transmitting.Finally,the method of avoiding big errors of standard values in precision tests is given with the aid of three sea-lanes error theory and through the quantitative analysis of GPS data.
