Study on Ecological Niche of Epimedium brevicornu in Jinchengshan National Forest Park

YANG Zi-song,LI Yun-xiang,QIAN Bao-ying,FENG Tu,JIANG Tian-liang,HAN Su-ju(Key Laboratory of Environmental Sciences and Biodiversity Conservation of Sichuan Province,West-China Normal University,Nanchong 637002 Sichuan,China)  
20 samples in 2m×2m were set up in Jinchengshan National Forest Park in August of 2004 by routine method and temporary standard method.The ecological niche of Epimedium brevicornu under natural conditions was studied to understand the competitive mechanism and interspecies coexistence in vegetation community.The result showed it could be distributed in diverse community types and had strong ecological adaptive ability if width of the ecological niche was large.Therefore,this had of significance in building agro-forestry compound system,establishing planted forest community and exploiting medicinal resources for a reference.
