Effects of Land Use on Soil Physico-chemical Properties in Erdos Mine Area

Taking Yijinhuoluo mining in Erdos as an example,we studied the effects of five different land use patterns and reclamation of mining in different time on soil physical and chemical properties. The results show that subsidence area abandoned cropland and near highways bare cropland content more sands than other land use types,land desertification phenomenon is obviously serious. Agricultural cropland has good quantity of soil particle-size fractions,water holding capacity,organic matter,TN,TP and TK under fertilization and other factors' influence. The content of AP and AK were decreased by 50% in agricultural land compared to nature grassland. Content of organic matter,AP and AK in the soil of the bare cropland near highways were consistently higher than the other four land-use types. Soil nutrient content of different restoration times were all low,which indicates that it is difficult to restore the soil mere use of natural methods.
