On the Separation and Purification of Total Rhubarb Anthraquinone through Macroporous Resin

The adsorption capacity of six kinds of macroporous resin( AB-8,D-301,X-5,D-141,S-8 and D-101) are used to compare total anthraquinones of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei. The results show that the static and dynamic adsorption rate of X-5 resin of rhubarb anthraquinone is higher than others. The appropriate exchange adsorption conditions for X-5 resin are as follow: p H = 9; flow rate of 1 m L / min; the ethanol concentration of 70%. The macroporous resin exchange adsorption purification of rhubarb anthraquinone with X-5 always works the best and has a good application prospect.
