Determination of 13 Organophosphorus Pesticides in Water by Capillary Gas Chromatography

[Objective] To develop a gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of 13 organophosphorus pesticides in water.[Methods] The liquid-liquid extraction,gas chromatography with DM-5 capillary column and flame photometric detector were used to determine the organophosphorus pesticides.Qualitative analysis was done by retention time and quantitative analysis by external standard curve.[Results] Chromatographic resolutions for the above 13 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were all over 1.5,the linear range of the method was 0.50-15.0 μg/ml,the detection limit was 0.005 3-0.023 ng,the average rates of recovery were 87.8%-104.0% by the method of standard addition,the relative standard deviations were 2.60%-9.83%.[Conclusion] This method is one of complete extraction,high accuracy,operational simplicity,and can meet the needs for simultaneous detection of organophosphorous pesticide residues in water.
