Reading Comprehension Teaching in College English Assisted by Schema Theory

Improving students' reading ability is always a puzzle confronting Chinese English learners.This thesis tries to show the influence of schema theory on reading comprehension teaching.Emphasizing language skills and background knowledge,schema theory has an important impact on language course design.
