New technology for production feed-grade DCP by hydrochloric acid process

GUO Yuchuan ( Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang, Hebei 050018, China)  
The characters of the new technology for production feedgrade DCP are presented in detail and problems in the process are discussed. Based on theoretical calculation and experiment data, the technology has less investment, lower cost and stable product quality. The byproduct hydrochloric acid from other productive process can be consumed in the process. The technology is in favor of environmental protection and is also one of the most advanced processes.
