Teaching Philosophy and Student’s Multi-culture Quality Cultivation

Teachers are the main body of teaching activity,and teaching philosophy is the guide of teaching.With the development of world economy and globalization,the model of foreign language teaching is changing,so it is necessary for the teachers to keep their teaching philosophy up to date,cultivate students’multi-culture quality,and improve their intercultural communication ability with the advanced teaching philosophy.
