PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF ANION EXCHANGER DEAE-KONJAC GLUCOMANNAN MICROSPHERES

DEAE anion exchangers were prepared by crossing diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) onto konjac glucommannan gel. Effects of reactants concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time and other reaction factors on exchange capacity of konjac glucommannan gel were studied and optimized reaction parameters were obtained. Under the optimum reaction condition, the exchange capacity of the prepared gel was 3.42mmol/g, the adsorption capacities for protein was 126.84mg/mL, and the desorption reached 90.42%.
