STUDY ON THE ABSORPTION FOR URANIUM BY THE AMIDOXIME GROUPS FUNCTIONAL POLYMERIC FILM

PAN coating was made on the Aluminum negative pole by electrochemistry methods.The amidoxime groups functional polymeric film(AFPF), which was used to absorb uranium from seawater, was prepared by PAN coating reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride directly, under the conditions in pH=7, 70℃ , 3h, and the group-CN of the PAN was changed to-C(NH2)=N-OH with conversion rate 64.7%.The absorption for uranium by the AFPF was investigated.The experimental results showed that the absorption contained electrostatic and chelated absorption which had mainly contribution;the total Freundlich isotherm adsorption equation of absorbing uranium by the AFPF was determined as Γt=38.21c0.26, and that equation Γe=0.080c-0.66 for electrostatic absorption, that Γc=38.64c0.26 for chelated absorption;the appearance pattern of the AFPF was characterized when absorbing uranium before and after by SEM.
