Student's personality difference and English leaning strategy

By analyzing the relation between introverted,extroverted personality and English learning draws the conclusions:personality tendency has some impacts on language learning,and different personality tendencies have respective advantages and disadvantages for language learning.Teacher should tell students clearly:personality does not been called good or bad;it is important which factors have active effects on language learning,which factors have negative influence.During teaching,teacher should take different teaching mode for students with different personality,this will bring perfect teaching effect undoubtedly.
