About the analysis and training of the double-push techniques of the speed in-line skate

The double-push technique is constituted by special recovering and pushing,and common side-push,which key technique includes free leg touchdown,double support in skating,up-body swing,some joints angle and weight shift. It is an effective measure to master and use technical essentials for developing skate level and breakthrough results. The double-push leads up-body shift so greatly that it is very fit for long,ultra long distance and Marathon competitions.
