Investigation on Clinic Efficacy and Safety of 5-flucytosine Combined with Transfer Factor for Multiple Verruca Plantaris

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-flucytosine combined with transfer factor treating for multiple verruca plantaris. Methods:131 patients with multiple verruca plantaris were divided into 2 groups randomly,the treatment group were given several intralesional injection of 5-flucytosine, combined with intradermal injection of transfer factor; the control group were treated by intradermal injection of transfer factor only. Results:The cured rates had statistical difference between the two groups after 3-month observation (P0.01). Conclusion:5-flucytosine combined with transfer factor was one of the good choices for multiple verruca plantaris.
