Analysis on Mental Damages in Civil Suit Collateral to Criminal Proceedings

The relief system for victim has been paid great attention to since its establishment.As an important part of the system,mental damages should be demonstrated,and the other legal systems concerned should also comply with it.It is a hot topic in the academic world that how to protect the mental injury of the victim under the private right system equally by using the public right system of criminal offence.The authors argue that the mental damages should be confirmed in civil suit collateral to criminal proceedings through their study in the paper,so as to improve the harmony between the criminal system and the relief for the injured.
