Development and research advance of Amygdalus pedunculatus Pall. seed oil

The oil content of Amygdalus pedunculatus Pall.Kernel is 45%~58% and the content of unsaturated fatty acid is over 90%,so it is a new kind of edible oil with most nutritional value.Using Amygdalus pedunculatus Pall.seed oil as raw material,the technology of solvent extraction and pressing at low temperature was used in oil extraction,and the current research situation producing biodiesel from Amygdalus pedunculatus Pall.seed oil was introduced,in order to realize industrialization as soon as possible.
