Effects of Photosynthetic Bacteria on Growth and Related Immune Enzyme Activity of Grass Carp

The research indicated that the feed with additive of photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) could improve the growth of grass carps and reduce the feed conversion rate significantly,after 42 days the relative growth rate was increased by 61.7%.On the 42nd day of the trial,related immune enzyme in liver and serum was measured.The results showed that the feed with additive of 0.0%~2.5% PSB could improve the activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acidic phosphatase(ACP) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver and serum of grass carps.When 3.5% PSB were added,related immune enzyme trended to decrease.Conclusion: 2.5% PSB was the best addition.
