Microbial detection and analysis of mooncake products

In 2017,80 batches of OEM mooncake products in a certain company were sampled,and the total numbers of colony,E.coli,mould index,pathogenic bacteria were detected and analyzed.The results showed that all samples of E.coli and mold index met the requirements of relevant national standards;the samples of individual batches were found to contain a small amount of microbes,which resulted in potential health and safety problems.The pathogenic bacteria completely accorded with the corresponding national standard.For the batches with potential health and safety problems,the food safety group was requested to conduct investigation and retrospective study.It was instructive to strengthen the management of production site and the hygienic operation of workers.
