Research Progress in Dietary Fiber Lowering Blood Glucose

Dietary fiber is considered as the seventh nutriment in human. It plays an important role in maintaining human health. This article focused on effect of the properties, sources and contents of dietary fiber on blood glucose level action, mechanism of its lowering blood glucose.
