Development of near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS) predication model for the quality components of flour in quinoa

79 quinoa accessions were used to establish the least square regressio model and the optimal correctional statistical parameter by excluding and screening from 101 quinoa accessions of domestic and overseas, The results were obtained as follows: Determination coeffi cient(R~2) of protein,starch and fat was 0.919 1, 0.952 8 and 0.898 9, respectively. Correlation coeffi cient(r~2)of protein,starch and fat was 0.958 8, 0.976 1 and 0.948 1,respectively. Percent relative deviation(PRD) of protein,starch and fat was 3.52, 4.6 and 3.15,respectively. The accuracy of model was evaluated by the method of external validation, and the average difference of the three compositions was 0.28%~1.78%. The results showed that the quinoa NIRS model could be used to analyze the quality of quinoa, but the fat model degree of accuracy had some room to improve.
