Research progress on detection and removal of aflatoxin in grain storage

GONG Gui-hua;XU Shu-zhi;YU Miao;WANG Jun-guo;School of Grain, Jilin Business and Technology College;Key Laboratory of Grain and Oil Processing at Universities of Jilin Province;  
Physical and chemical properties of aflatoxin were summarized. The detection methods of aflatoxin in grain storage were introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared. At the same time, the removal method of aflatoxin was discussed in detail, in order to provide some reference for the effective prevention and control of aflatoxin.
