Experimental Base and Calculation for FEA of Tire Compound

The yeoh cubic formula for describing the elastic mechanical properties of the black filled compound was derived from the Rivlin strain energy function in the elastic mechanical theory.On this basis the experimental designs for uniaxial stretch test,uniaxial compression test,planar stretch test and equibiaxial stretch test were mathematically deduced and discussed,and 5 basic tests for nonlinear FEA were described.The determination and calculation for the Poissons ratio of tire compound were given and the data charaterizing the properties of composite were calculated.
