Optimization of Production Logistics Process Flow in Enterprises Based on the Critical Path Method and Theory of Constraints

XIAO Yong-li, FANG Xiao-ping (Central South University, Changsha 410075, China)  
A method of partially ordered diagram had been quoted to draw the process flow diagram of production logistics in enterprises, then the Critical Path Method(CPM)is used to optimize it and a key process diagram is gotten. On the basis of the Theory of Constraints(TOC), a better process flow is obtained by optimizing the key process diagram primarily from the parts of the bottleneck.
