Application of Improved Gravity Method in Location of Logistics Distribution Center

The chain operation is a very important mode of operation and organization. The core of the chain operation distribu- tion system is to set up a reasonable logistics distribution center and rational distribution center selection can greatly reduce operation cost. In this paper, it is to use of improved gravity method, according to distribution center with the choice of sites characteristics and the condition it should meet, through specific exemples, combined with the characteristics of food, to achieve the chain supermarket's location of logistics distribution center optimization.
