A Study of Mode Selection of Tourism Areas Management:A Trade-cost-based Perspective

The essential purpose of selecting a suitable management mode is to reduce trade cost.In accordance with the factual conditions of China,this paper suggested four distinctive modes for managing tourism areas,and made a comparative analysis of the four management modes from trade cost reducing perspective.It concluded that the best mode is to entitle a social capital proprietor to monopolize the management of a tourism area in the long-term.With this conclusion the paper suggested some specific policy solutions.
