The Relationship between Classics and Decrees: on the Opinions about Revenge in Han Dynasty

The revenge was forbidden by law, but there were opinions in those officially advocated Confucian classics that supported and sympathized with revenge. It was because of the different opinions on Confucian classics that led to the complex situation of the annotation on decrees of Han Dynasty.
