Optimized Study of Quality of 3D Reconstruction Based on Femoral Slice Images

Objective To study optimization problem about the quality of three-dimensional reconstruction of femur. Methods Extracting femur contours is based on femoral CT,MRI of the medical imaging,the clear pictures were made through threshold and gray value adjustment,using the contours of interpolation and reducing margin,which improved the model quality of the structure in line with the biology.Results Model was the same as the actual human body,which could be used in the biomechanical and finite element analysis. Conclusion Femur model is accurate and reliable,and reliable reference model is provided for medical diagnosis,the simulation of biomechanics and prosthetic design.
