Study of workpiece surface toughness in turning physical simulation

HUANG Xue mei, WANG Qi yi (The College of Machinery of Northeast Univ., Shenyang 110006, China)  
In this paper, influencial factors of workpiece surface toughuess in dynamic turning process are analyzed. Analyzing and predictive model of surface toughness based on workpiece material incontinuity is provided. At last output results of a typical part are generated using this model.
