Study on Nano-TiO_2 Modified LiNi_(0.83)Co_(0.11)Mn_(0.06)O_2 Cathode Material

Ni_(0.83)Co_(0.11 )Mn_(0.06)](OH)_2 precursor was firstly synthesized by coprecipitation method,and LiNi_(0.83)Co_(0.11 )Mn_(0.06 )O_2 cathode material was formed by two-stage sintering process in pure oxygen atmosphere.Ti~(4+)ion doping was achieved by adding nano-TiO_2 in sintering process of precursor.Li[Ni_(0.83)Co_(0.11)Mn_(0.06)]_(0.98)Ti_(0.02)O_2 cathode shows an initial capacity of 185.6 mAh/g at current density of 1C,and a capacity of 178.8mAh/g can be obtained after 100cycles,which corresponding retention ratio is up to 96.33%.
