Model Design and Property Test of Moisture Transfer & Sweat Removing Antiultraviolet Fabric

Model design and property test of moisture transfer sweat removing antiultraviolet fabric were discussed.Five kinds of fabric model were designed i.e.single layer model,double-layer-like model,triple-layer-like model,quadruple-layer-like model and double-layer model.Antiultraviolet polyester and five-leaf profiled polyester were taken as main material,pure spinning yarn,twisting yarn and fasciated yarn were designed.Combining different fabric structures and various models,26 kinds of fabric were designed.Through testing fabric moisture permeability,capillary height,air permeability,diffusing area and UPF value,it is considered that double-layer-like model is a better functional composite model,which outer is antiultraviolet layer and inner is moisture transfer sweat removing layer.Under the proper arrangement of raw material,yarn and structure,final product antiultraviot factor UPF value reaches 168,capillary height reaches 12 cm and diffusing area reaches 21 cm2,which could satisfy functional requirement well.
