Immobilization of lysozyme on wool fabric

The optimum conditions for immobilization of lyzozyme with wool fabric and glutaraldehyde were studied.The optimum conditions of the crosslinking with the glutaraldehyde were: wool fabric was cross-linked with 0.2% glutaraldehyde for 2 h.The optimum immobilization process was as follows: lysozyme 5 g/L,immobilization time(6 h),immobilization pH value 7.0,immobilization temperature 4 ℃.On this case,the operational stability of immobilized lysozyme was well,there still remained about 30% enzyme activity after six times using.
