Design of multi-position progressive die for square sheets

LIU Hai-yu;Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College;  
Based on the analysis of the stamping process of a square sheet, a process include piercing, bending, edge folding and cutting was put forward. The layout and die structure were designed, and its structural characteristics, working process and the main points of design were described. The practice proved that the die structure was compact and the processing qualified.
