Technical parameter optimization about spinning of double conical parts without mandrel

A new way of spinning to process double conical parts was proposed,and the experimentation methods were designed based on the orthogonal experiment.The spinning process simulation was carried on the ABAQUS/Explicit platform.The degree of influence was determined by the range analysis of the results.Then the technical parameters were optimized by overall equilibrium method and were verified through FEM simulation.Finally,the optimized technical parameter combinations were obtained.
