Design of anti-drop steel rib inserts in TBR mould

The steel rib inserts often fall down from the grooves in the tire mould because of the dimension error of the clearance.Several improvements,such as bumped points in the bottom and bended rib structure,are introduced to increase the strength of the connection between the steel rib inserts and grooves.The tensile test proves that the connecting strength increases 2.5times.
