Design of multi-position progressive die for back-poppet

The stamping layout and the structure of multi-position progressive die were designed for the back-poppet in consideration of the forming difficulty and technical requirement.The designs of guiding devices,locations,strippers and working parts are described in detail.The die with inserts was designed to decrease the manufacturing complexity and improve the convenience of sharpening and maintenance.Spring strippers were operated reliably and safely to ensure feeding smoothly and improve productivity.The results show that the multi-position progressive die has compact and reasonable structure,which is easy to manufacture and maintenance.It can meet the requirements of part quality and production efficiency.
