Optimization Design of Cylind Test Equipment Based on Finite Element Method

With the development of mining technology,the height of the support power and the cylinder diameter increased continuously. In order to meet the requirements of height rising and support power increase of hydraulic support column,developed and researched 26 000 k N test equipment of hydraulic support column. Analyzes the test equipment with the finite element analysis method and optimizes the test equipment,obtains the optimal structure,which makes the test equipment meet the requirements of dynamics properties.
