Movement Simulation and Analysis of Hydraulic Support Based on Pro/E and ADAMS

The three-dimensional model of a hydraulic support was set up using three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E,and the model was imported into simulation software ADAMS.The movement simulation of the hydraulic support was carried out applying ADAMS.The movement track of the top beam end and the relationship between the caving shield and horizontal angle during the raising and falling period of the hydraulic support were analyzed and verified.The results show that the movement processes and relevant parameters of the hydraulic support are well obtained by means of the method.
