Torsion Coupling Vibration Model for Two Stage Planetary Reducer of Roadheader

According to the two stage planetary reducer transmission characteristics of roadheader, a single stage gear transmission model is established under certain assumptions; Considering the first planet wheel rack and the second round of the sun can be seen as elastic connection, which established the coupling relationship between the two stages, established the two planetary gear train coupling torsional dynamics model. And got the mathematical model using Lagrange equation, considering the time-varying stiffness meshing stiffness of ring gear tangential support stiffness and gear mesh parts of the static transmission error in the modeling process. The vibration model laid the foundation for further study on two stage planetary reducer vibration characteristics and solving the problem of failure in the work of roadheader.
