The optimized design and application research of roadway cross-section in deep mining

This paper emphasizes on the optimized design of the roadway′s cross-section shape.The semi-closed roadway has a arch roof,straight wall,arc bottom corner and flat bottom.The semi-closed roadway is simple to build,and has no influence on the effect of the roadway′s usage.The more important virtue is that the semi-closed roadway improves distribution of the surrounding rock stress,decreases surrounding rock′s breakage range,so it increases the stability of bearing load and is good for supporting and maintenance.The semi-closed arch roadway has a successful usage in Donghai deep mining.The theoretical analysis and the scene experiment all confirm that the semi-closed roadway has very high application value and is worth promoting.
