Design of Intelligent Experiment Platform of Rescue Capsule for Practical Teaching of New Engineering

The cultivation of engineering practice ability is the core and difficult point of new engineering practical teaching.Since the existing experimental platform has problems such as weak links between courses,over-simplification of practical application objects and lack of sense of reality,it is difficult to stimulate students' interest in learning and exercise their ability to solve practical problems.Therefore,a set of intelligent experiment system of rescue capsule for practical teaching of electrical engineering and automation is developed.Firstly,the main functions of the experimental platform were proposed according to the requirements,and the network structure of the entire platform was constructed with the help of Fieldbus and Ethernet technology.Then,considering the special working environment of the rescue capsule,the hardware framework and explosion-proof design scheme of the experimental system were given based on the principle of centralized management and decentralized control.Finally,according to the functional requirements of the system relevant software was designed.The experimental platform fully simulates the actual working conditions of the underground mine rescue capsule,which can not only provide experimental conditions for the practical teaching of a single course,but also meet the needs of cross-course and interdisciplinary practical teaching.
