Determination of Optimal Sighting Length of Leap-frog Trigonometric Leveling

In this paper,the precision and surveying features of the leap-frog trigonometric leveling based on total station are analyzed.The theoretical method of optimal sighting length determination is illustrated with test leveling control network plan.Meanwhile,the possibility of the leap-frog trigonometric leveling measure of replace the class level measure is also studied,which present a possible way for the optimal design of the trigonometric leveling control network.
