Application Study of Fiber Wet Shotcrete Based on Reinforce and Lower Rebound

In order to solve these questions of shotcrete used for high geostress drench tunnels such as crack and high rebound in a coal mine, the experiments of wet shotcrete mixed with fiber and accelerator are carried out. The result shows that 15 mm fiber improves the non-deformability of shotcrete. The accelerate mixed in fresh concrete can make up the flaw of high rebound rate caused by fiber mixed. Mixing accelerate is beneficial to improve bonding strength and reduce rebound rate.Finally these questions such as lower strength shotcrete layers, cracking and high rebound rate in high geostress drench tunnels are solved effectively.
