Drive and Protection Method of Explosion-proof Converter IGBT Module with Optical Fiber Isolation

Regarding traditional optical coupler′ s poor electrical isolation and anti-EMI performance,on the basis of 2 SD315 AI driver module′ s work principle and mode analysis, the principles of optical fiber isolation drive and protection methods are elaborated, and optical fiber isolation drive circuit for high voltage high power IGBT module is designed.
