Automatic formation of underground water data with radial base function method

The redial base function method was applied to the automatic formation of underground water simulation interpolation data. The practice showed this method would have a good close results and good practice than Kerleger method and others. Taking the radial base function method as a center, the paper has completed a program design of automatic formation module with VC ++ programming environment and MAPGIS secondary developed interface. The module can be suitable to the automatic formation and visibility of the interpolation data at each mesh cross section point in underground water calculation with MAPGIS environment.
